What we collect, who else sees it, and how long we keep it. Last updated 31 August 2026.

Praqtor Imagine is in private beta. This page describes what the service does today. It is written in plain language rather than legal language, and it is not legal advice.

What we collect

Your email addressOnly if you ask us to send you a build code. It is stored against the codes issued to it, which is also how we count how many you have asked for.
Your briefThe text you type describing what should be different. It is stored with the build it produced.
Your IP addressRecorded with each build, and used to enforce the daily limit. Nothing else.
The build itselfThe customised file and the screenshots taken of it, so you can return to your build link later.

We do not use cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no third-party script on this site beyond the font stylesheet described below. We do not have accounts, so there is no profile and nothing to log into.

Your browser stores one thing locally: if you use the prompt wizard, your draft brief is kept in localStorage so the build box can be filled in for you. It never leaves your machine and you can clear it with your browser's site data.

Who else processes it

Running the service means handing parts of this to other companies. This is the whole list.

An AI language modelYour brief and the template are sent to an AI language model, operated by a third-party provider outside our systems, which decides what should change. This is the only place your brief goes, and it is essential to the product.
Secure cloud infrastructureHosts the site and the build service. United States.
A managed database serviceHolds codes, builds and previews.
A transactional email providerSends the email containing your build code. They see your address and that message.
StripeTakes the payment, when payment is switched on. Card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never touch us — there is no card field anywhere in our code.
Google FontsThis page and the gallery load typefaces from Google, which means Google sees your IP address when you visit. The apps we build for you never do this: they contain no network request of any kind.

How long we keep it

What we will not do

We will not sell your address, add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, or send you anything except the code you requested. The only unprompted email you could receive from us is a reply to something you sent us.

Asking us to delete it

Email hello@praqtordb.com from the address in question and we will delete your address, your codes and your builds. There is no form and no waiting period beyond the time it takes us to read it.
